INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 TBSP lime juice
1 TBSP water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
NOTES
To make buttermilk: 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 TBSP lemon juice or vinegar. Mix, let sit for 5ish mins until slightly thickens.
