Go-to Crepes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in blender. 
2. warm crepe pan, lightly oil, pour 1/4 cup batter for each crepe
